Hamok

Pelvic floor coach for men · iPhone + Apple Watch

Last longer. Stay harder. Stop the dribble.

5 minutes a day on the one muscle that controls all three.

One muscle. Three things you actually care about.

  • 01

    Last longer

The pelvic floor fires at the point of no return. Learn to feel it early and relax it on purpose, and the finish stops sneaking up on you.

  • 02

    Stay harder

The same muscles squeeze blood into an erection and keep it there. Trained well, they hold. Trained wrong, they tire.

  • 03

    Stop the dribble

The last drops after you pee are a timing problem, not a plumbing problem. One well-timed lift clears them.

Why your Kegels didn't work

Tighter isn't better.

Most men do Kegels wrong. They squeeze harder, hold their breath, clench their glutes, and nothing changes.

If that's you, your pelvic floor is probably too tight, not too weak. A muscle that never fully lets go can't fire when you need it.

Hamok trains the full cycle: lift, hold, and a complete release. The release is the part nobody taught you.

How it works

Learn the move, not the timer.

  1. 01

    Two minutes of questions

Goal, symptoms, what you've tried. You get a training profile and a plan that starts gently and adjusts as you go.

  2. 02

Feel the muscle before you train it

Muscle School shows the lift, the full release and the drop on a hammock you can feel through haptics. You learn the difference before the first session.

  3. 03

    Five minutes a day

The hammock leads, your Apple Watch taps the rhythm, your phone can stay face down. Nobody can tell.

  4. 04

    A plan that adapts

Every week Hamok reviews what you did and changes one thing at a time. Every change comes with its reason.

Private by design

Built to be private, because it has to be.

  • No account

Nothing to sign up for. Subscribe through the App Store and train.

  • Your data stays on your phone

Sessions and check-ins live on your device, optionally in your own private iCloud. Our servers never see them.

  • Nobody can tell

Abstract visuals, no sounds you didn't ask for, a Watch face that looks like a timer.

  • No ads, ever

We make money when the training works and you stay. That's the whole model.

Honest by default

What Hamok does not do

We'd rather you know before you pay.

  • It does not treat or cure any condition. It trains a muscle group.
  • It does not measure your pelvic floor. Your phone cannot see the muscle; the app teaches you to feel it.
  • It does not diagnose. The quiz builds a training profile and tells you when to see a doctor instead.
  • It does not replace a doctor or a pelvic-health physiotherapist. If you have one, bring the app to them.
  • It does not promise a result. It gives you a method you can actually follow.

Hamok is a training app, not a medical device. Check with a doctor if you have pain, blood in urine or semen, or difficulty urinating.

Questions

Straight answers.

Who is Hamok for?

Men 18 and over who want more control over how long they last, how hard they stay and the last drops after they pee. Beginners, and men who tried Kegels and gave up.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. The Watch adds haptic guidance on the wrist and lets you train without looking at a screen. The iPhone alone is the complete experience.

How long until I notice something?

Pelvic-floor training protocols typically run 8 to 12 weeks with a short daily session. Hamok checks in every week, so you will know from your own trend, not from a promise.

I did Kegels and it got worse. Why?

Squeezing harder without a full release can leave the muscle tight all the time. Hamok starts everyone with coordination and release work, and slows down if you report tension or pain.

Is Hamok a medical device?

No. Hamok is a training app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, measure or treat anything. Check with a doctor if you have pain, blood in urine or semen, or difficulty urinating.

What does it cost?

The quiz and the first lesson are free. The full program starts with a 7-day trial, then a yearly subscription through the App Store. The price is announced at launch; the waitlist hears first.

What happens to my data?

Your answers and sessions stay on your phone and, if you choose, in your own iCloud. The only thing we keep on our side is the e-mail you give us for the waitlist.

Android?

After the iOS pilot. Join the waitlist and tell us; the count decides the order.
